Absolutely! It is best to eat a light meal at least 2-3 hours before coming in for treatments. Do not eat a heavy meal within 1 hour or less before coming for treatment as you may vomit during the treatment session. Please give some time for your stomach to digest the food.

Please call, text, or email us at least 24 hours in advance to notify us if you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment(s). There will be a $45 no show fee applied if no updates are given.
How many treatments do I need?
It depends on what kind of condition you are having, how long have you had it for, and how strong is your current body constitution. The longer you have the particular condition you would like to be treated for and the weaker your body constitution is, then the longer it will take for acupuncture to heal you completely back to a healthy state.
Acupuncture treatment needs to be done in a consistent and continuous time frame in order for the body to have smooth blood and energy circulation and secretions of pre-existing pain relieving hormones in the body, such as endorphins, to the targeted pain site.
You are more than welcome to call or email for consultation if you are uncertain if acupuncture and Chinese medicine can help you or not.
Please do not expect to be recovered 100% back to normal after one treatment session. The root cause to some diseases cannot be treated within one session, especially if you had it for years.
Do you take insurance?
Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance at this time. However, we do provide a super bill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement if they cover for acupuncture under your plan.
We also provide super bills upon request for end of year tax purposes. Please let us know a few days in advance for us to prepare the summaries for you.
Alternatively, we do accept Care Credit for your convenience.
Do you take Medicare/Medicaid?
Unfortunately, we do not accept Medicare or Medicaid at this time. However, we do provide a bill for you to submit for reimbursement if they cover for acupuncture.
